I have a MSI B450 Tomahawk Max, and everytime i turn on my pc, the ethernet wouldnt work, like nothing shows up on network and sharing center.
Weirdly, Ethernet works if I do this:
Go to the BIOS
Turn off the ethernet adapter
Save and restart
Go to the BIOS again
Turn it back on
Save and restart and boot into Windows.

Has anyone had a similar issue like this? I've done a BIOS Update and the latest drivers.
I've had the problem ever since i got the motherboard. I could've RMA'd it right away but I didn't since i got the Mobo on June and a RMA would take ages where I live because of COVID.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
ADATA 16GB (8x2) DDR4 3000 MHz (OC'd to 3200)
GTX 1660 Super 6GB
Thermaltake TR2 S 600W PSU

Try another known working ethernet cable.

Download the network adapters via the manufacturer's website.

Reinstall and reconfigure for your network.

Failing the above:

Run "ipconfig /all" via the Command Prompt and post the results.

Do so when ethernet does not work and then again when ethernet is working.

Forgot to mention I've already tried to irenstall the drivers. It doesn't detect the network card at all.
ipconfig/all shows nothing but the adapter for a vpn application.

Unless I do this thing I mentioned, windows simply doesn't detect the network card.
