[SOLVED] Everytime I open Something as Admin I get an Error

"There is not enough free memory to run this program exitone or more programs then try again" yet i can run discord my browser and even valorant this happened shortly after i installed minecraft dungeons, i uninstalled all of minecraft i have 16gb of ram ddr3 an intel core i7 4790k 4.00ghz and a 1660 i also have storage on all of my drives which i haev 3 one ssd, two hdds ssd is 500gb hdds are both 1tb

ran malwarebytes and windows security check windows got nothing malwarebytes got 40 which have since been deleted (none of which were on my account) but i still get the same exact error

solved texted in safe mode and then untinstalled all malware

if i open cmd prompt, task manager or nvidia control panel as admin it doesnt launch whatsoever, like my system is useable with no visible lag whatsoever, i installed mc dungeons on the mc launcher and everything.
also idk what virtual memory size is, this whole problem started after i just tried to install mc dungeons
also i malware scanned with windows nothing came up ill do malwarebyts shortly but i havent installed literally anything in the past week

malwarebytes wont even launch either, same error
