Please keep it to 1 thread
This issue began one day prior to the "Season 3 Reloaded" update of Warzone and hasn't gone away since. Before this issue began I would be able to hit 90-100+ FPS without a problem, but as soon as I hopped on Warzone (on the day prior to the "update") I saw my CPU time would immediately drop to 500-2000+ ms in the menu. I joined a lobby in hopes that this was just a coincidence and it would go away on its own but, no I would get the same latency problems in-game as well alongside even more "MAJOR FPS DROPS" (sometimes displaying all of the warzone game "health signs"). I've tried everything from, deleting the game and re-installing it, updating all of the drivers, tweaking in-game setting to the lowest of the low, setting the game's priority to high in task manager, etc. Then I decided to test another game (Tom Clancy's The Division) and low and behold the same issue persisted. So I'm calling upon the good people of the internet to help me in finding a solution.

Run this and post the results.

Also have you checked the CPU temps?

I don't play that game so what is this?
CPU time would immediately drop to 500-2000+ ms
Are you talking about the CPU speed or your net connection to the game?

Here are the results:
UserBenchmarks:
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F - 89.1%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660S (Super) - 58.6%
SSD: Bc511 NVMe SK hynix 256GB - 134.5%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB (2018) - 98.8%
RAM: Unknown HMAA1GU6CJR6N-XN 1x8GB - 36.9%
MBD: Dell G5 5000

also, CPU time is basically the latency produced specifically by the CPU itself (to my understanding)
