I just upgraded my sister's CPU from a Ryzen 3 3200G to a Ryzen 5 5600X in her msi B450M M2-Pro MAX. After slotting in the new CPU, the mobo started showing me this light on the EZ Debug right next to the CPU that I have never seen. I searched online and already troubleshooted potential faulty ram sticks/dimm slots, reseating the ram, cpu, and gpu, and even leaving the CMOS out for ~10 minutes and let the PC sit running for 30-ish minutes in case any self-reboots were occurring. Even after all this didn't work I switched back to her old 3200G and the problem still persists. I don't think bios should be of concern either, as I already had the most recent version loaded onto a flash drive when I put the new CPU in, but I never was actually able to update it so that might still be a concern. I made sure to be very careful with the extraction of the cpu so I am 99% sure this is not an issue regarding other parts and I might have just messed up the motherboard with the new cpu but I will leave the parts list if it helps.
CPU: Ryzen 3 3200G -> Ryzen 5 5600X
Motherboard: MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX
RAM: Corsair Vengeance (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600
Storage: Samsung 980 250 GB M.2-2280
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1650
PSU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 600W
I have little to no idea of what could be causing this issue and I don't want her to be without a computer especially on Christmas day. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
