[SOLVED] Fan Leds won't work unless I tap tower.

Alright so this is "my LED fans wont work" number 874 but here is the synopsis. I bought some cheap GIM fans for my first tower. When I power it on all fans are working but the leds on the fans work for a split second before shutting off. Upon further investigation when I tap the power it turns on the leds again for a split second then turns off. It is 2 fans on the front plugged into a fan controller. The controller is plugged into power supply and an aura addressable gen 2 header on the motherboard. Specs are as following:

Ryzen 5 5600x
ROG strix 2080
ROG Strix B550-F wifi motherboard
600 watt power supply
