Every time I restart my computer, the firewall, and wireless contection have
been surned off, eve though I reset them. Could this be a virus?? I have
Windows XP, I have arlready downloaded service pack 2

the netsh command in SP2 can rebuild your Winsock. Open the command prompt and type: netsh winsock reset , then press ENTER.
