Question First time using Bluetooth, not working

So I tried Bluetooth for the first time connecting my Smartphone and PC. I got them paired but then tried to send a photo from the phone to the PC and keep getting file not sent.
I have no idea what is happening.
Any other tutorials I need to see?

Witch partition on your PC are you trying to send the photo to? Right click on that partition and choose "Properties > Sharing" and look over the settings.

There is no partition to choose.
I chose the Share button on the phone then choose Bluetooth. It shows a list including my PC name, I choose that.
For a moment it says No Bluetooth devices found before showing the photo and a message saying Sending file but that is followed by a message saying File Not Sent.
My PC under Settings > Devices > Bluetooth and Other Devices shows the phone as there and paired with Bluetooth turned On. Under More Bluetooth Options, I can chose to Allow other devices to find this PC but still does not allow the file to be sent.

Does the motherboard in your PC have Bluetooth built in or are you using a USB Bluetooth Adapter?
