Question Forza Horizon 4; gpu only being used at 40%

So I recently downloaded Forza Horizon 4 on my PC. When I got on I was getting bad FPS and my gpu was only being used to 30%-40% I know the game is well optimized for PCs but my gpu (1050ti) is not being used to its max and the game is currently hard to play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers. As well as updated them and turned off vsync in the game. Nothing has worked, and I am frustrated as with my bad WiFi it has taken 3 days. The game is unplayable and hopefully y’all can help me. Specs down below.

CPU: i7 7700hq 2.8 ghz
GPU: 1050 ti
Monitor: 60 hz

What happens to cpu usage? Monitor EACH CORE/THREAD.

cpu is at 60 percent

Each core/thread. You can't look at cpu usage in the same manner as the gpu because of those multiple resources; it's misleading.
The cpu can become a limitation on just a single thread.


Oh shoot, I forgot to ask - cpu and gpu temps in game?
