I don't think your memory is the issue, but hell why not start there. What does your 'resource monitor' screen say about your ram? How much of that if any is being hogged up by 'standby' memory? The screen looks like this:

The first step of any FPS problems troubleshooting session. Reinstalling your drivers using DDU. With all the fps problems I saw in all the forums this fixed 90% of them.

If this doesn't work then we go further with the troubleshooting. There is no point of trying anything else first since most of the time it's a drivers problem.

  • Download the drivers for your 6GB (Not 2047MB like you have in your specs up there) It's a 6GB VRAM card. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/155644/en-us
  • Download DDU - https://www.wagnardsoft.com/
  • Uninstall your Nvidia Display Drivers using Windows ADD/REMOVE programs.
  • Start DDU and click on "restart in safe mode"
  • While in safe mode in DDU choose Nvidia to the right and click on the "recommended" option which is clean and restart.
  • After the restart install the drivers without Geforce Experience.
  • Reboot.
  • Try again
If this doesn't work I'll help you further.

Didn't help aswell sadly.
Tried to do everything but it just doesn't work only 120 fps looks for some reason like 60 fps and 60 like 30.
Thanks for putting the time to put the comment anyways.
Maybe any other solutions?
