Question Front and back audio ports not working and making noise

I have a problem and I think it is related to the motherboard.
After finding out one of my ram sticks is broken and fixing the problem by removing it I booted the system. Everything works great as usual apart from audio outputs.
When i plug my headset (microphone and sound) it is recognized but I can't hear anything apart from noise. Microphone is also not working. I've tried different devices and it is the same. Both front and back ports are not working. Drivers are up to date and everything should work as it used to. Motherboard MSI b150m pro-vdh. What should I look for and do to fix the problem? Please help.

Update:
I tried different headsets and none of them work. But i use Razer Blackshark V2 X.
No audio adapters or converters.
I double-checked and everything is in place and firmly seated.
There is no damage in audio ports. The front one was never used before. Panel all fine.
Front panel is connected to the motherboard with HD Audio cable. So i think there is something wrong with motherboard's audio section (processor, capacitors, AMP). Every component looks untouched tho.
Realtek HD Audio (audio driver) detects when i plug audio devices.

PC specs:
Motherboard: MSI B150M PRO-VDH
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500
GPU: MSI geforce gtx 1060 3gb oc
RAM: G-skill 2x8gb DDR4 2133 mHz
SSD 128GB(system) + 512 GB
Windows 10 64bit

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Headset: make, model?

Any audio adapters or converters involved?

Double check that all connectors, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly seated.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect all audio ports and plugs for signs of damage. And for ports, also check for debris inside.

Inspect all around the I/O panel as well.
