Can't use front panel headphones and microphone connectors at the same time

I have this GA-B250M-D2V which worked fine in my other PC, but now in this one, if I want to use the front panel headphones jack, I have to go to Realtek Audio Console, and set both the pink and green jacks as a headphone in jack, and vice versa. All pins are good.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Have you made sure you've connected the front panel connector the right way? You might want to see if you're pending any BIOS updates for your motherboard. Speaking of motherboard, what BIOS version are you currently on? You should also be on version 20H2 for Windows 10.

Another note, what is the make and model of the headset that you're trying to use?

Thank you for the warm welcome!

I triple checked the connectors, they are plugged in the right way and in the right place. I also checked on the GA website and there seems to be no update for the BIOS, I'm on version F8. Moreover, I am using Windows 10 Pro version 20H2.

I tried using two headphones, a JBL E55BT and a Blackberry cheap headphone. Both have mics and I tried using one of those 2-way splitters
