Fans turn on for case, CPU cooler, etc.
PSU obviously providing power
RAM RGB functioning
Case power button functioning
Everything plugged in (CPU 2x4 power connector, Mobo 2x12 power connector, fans, and pin connectors for case accessories)
However the mobo won't recognize the HDMI plugged into the I/O plate for integrated graphics. I don't have a GPU.
I tried two different cables and displays, nothing works. My thought is that the BIOS setting for detecting displays is defaulting to the GPU, which is non-existent.
Any help would be appreciated.
