Hi guys, i just bought a Ryzen 3600 and Gigabyte B450 AORUS M and maintained my GPU GTX 1050 TI and everything else, the thing is, I had before a i5 8400 and my fps in CSGO was constant around 200~300, it didn't drop too much fps suddenly, with this new setup everything works pretty well in most maps but in a certain map like dust2 my fps drops top around 150~200fps suddenly, if I change my FOV suddenly I have a significantly 100 frames down, which it didn't happen with my i5. I was also checking my task manager to see the usage of my CPU and GPU and it was weird since CS most uses CPU instead of GPU, my GPU is using 100% and CPU around 20% max. What do u guys think it's happening here?

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 ( Cool'n'Quiet off / C States off / Using it with 4,2Ghz all the time )
Gigabyte B450 AORUS M
Adata XPG 2x8gb DDR4 3000mhz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Solution
Problem solved, for anyone who wants to know, my GPU was installed in the wrong PCI slot, i changed it to the main slot and now works perfectly, no drops whatsoever.
Why did you replace your Intel i5-8400 with a Ryzen 3600? That's not really an 'upgrade'.

The i5-8400 is 6 cores and 6 threads and has a boost clock of 4.0 GHz. By replacing it with a Ryzen 3600, you traded one 6 core CPU for another 6 core CPU; you gained an additional 6 threads, but that's basically the only advantage that the Ryzen 3600 shares over the i5-8400. And besides that, even though the clock speeds are closely matched, Intel enjoys a higher IPC than the Ryzen, which means that it's ability to throughput lots of frames per second is higher.

My motherboard stopped working due to eletricity issues so I just bought a whole new kit, also because Ryzen 3600 has a stronger single core work than i5 8400 which is better for the games i play. The real issue is what i said, in this especifically map that I tested my fps drops around a 100 fps which didn't happen before, the rest of the maps are just great, even better than using the i5 8400.
