New builder here, rx6650xt hellhound
My GPU started making weird electric buzzing noises when idle, it's not coil whine that happens at high fps, this is kinda lower pitched.
I should also mention that the GPU has a zero fan mode (not the sound of fans hitting anything because they're not spinning) and I hear the noise over case fans
When under load or stress, the sound goes away almost completely. There are no performance or heat issues
I found that when undeclocking (2700 ish to 2450mhz or lower) this noise becomes much lower or disappears completely
I've hear that it could be the PSU and I'm hoping it is, but I'm not really sure at this point since it goes away with load
It didn't always happen and I don't remember how it started, although I once have statically shocked my keyboard (Alu chassis) and my monitor flashed but I didn't think much of it..
