Question GPU displaying BIOS and safe mode but not Windows 10 (normal)

I have a 4 year old Asus Dual GeForce GTX 1070 O8G that was working perfectly since a few days when my computer turned off on its own while gaming. After the restart, I saw the screen of my motherboard with the loading icon, then nothing else, a black screen. The GPU's fans are spinning and led is working.

Here are a few things that I already tried, without success:

1. Change the Displayport cable
2. Use an HDMI cable
3. DDU my previous driver and let Windows reinstall a new one after rebooting
4. DDU my previous driver but manually reinstall a driver
5. Reinstall a 1-2 year old display driver
6. Clean the GPU and change the thermal paste
7. Try on a different PC
8. Flash GPU's BIOS
9. Reset CMOS of motherboard

I don't know what I can do more. I will be glad if anyone can help me solving my problem.
