Atm I have rx 470. What would be good upgrade for around 200€. I do not care if nvidia or amd. Thank you.

The RX580 is only about 17% better than your current card (partially due to higher factory clocks, the RX5xx cards were only a clockspeed bump), and its on the brink of replacement. The RX590 is an odd child (12nm Polaris), so while it's 30% faster than your RX470, it would/should be nice to see it discounted a bit once that October 15th launch happens. Of course, then you'll have to determine whether you want the RX590 or the new Navi equivalent.

Nvidia doesn't currently have anything for RX590 equivalent between the outdated GTX1060 6GB and the GTX1660 but I'd imagine their upcoming GTX1660 Super launch (probably about that same Oct 15 timeframe) will push the regular version down a...

Wait a couple weeks if you can. Just to see what shakes out. Launch day/month pricing is always high, but it could bring price cuts to the outgoing cards to clear stock.
