I just bought a new motherboard, cpu, and ram to upgrade my computer. I have built many pcs in the past and plugged everything into the correct place but the monitor is saying no signal. I have
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H510M-E
GPU: MSI 1660ti
CPU: intel i5-10600k
Ram: Corsair vengeance ddr4 8gb X 2
Power supply: 500 bronze
Drive: Previously working SSD

all of the fans in the case, gpu, cpu and the case LEDS are all working

Did you try disconnecting the ssd, especially if it has a windows installation from previous hardware? With no drives connected does it boot to bios? If you can get into the bios, you would next try booting from any self-booting usb containing a windows installer or linux distro or any self-booting utilities. You may simply need to reinstall windows based on the hardware changes you made. If you still cannot get to bios did you try booting without a gpu just in case your gpu doesn't get along with your current bios and the bios needs to be updated?
