I have changed my GPU thermal paste on 17th of june because it was hitting 90ºc on ful load in a few minutes , now is hitting only between 68 and 70ºc (these are all thermal diode temps
), but When I took it appart I had to change the pads beacuse the memory pad´s were broken and very dry already , I only do not have changed the VRM pad becuase I didn´t had one with the same mm of thickness , that pad does not seem too bad , only a bit old but not broken yet or dry . So my question is if that pad can make the VRM components to overheat or it´s fine anyway ? I don´t have how to check the vrm temps since my GPU don´t have any sensor for it .

You really don't want the VRMs to overheat so I would look into how you can replace the thermal pads with one of the correct thickness.
