Hi! I just bought myself a new laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 3 - 15ARH05). I installed all the drivers (also I downloaded Lenovo Vantage and made a BIOS update). I installed GeForce Experience and so on. But the problem is that the dedicated GPU (GTX 1650) isn't enabled/activated and I don't know how to do that.
on Nvidia Control Panel, on "Manage 3D Settings" I put "High-performance NVIDIA processor" but still nothing. In "dxdiag", at Display tab it shows me the integrated GPU.
I tried to play League of Legends and I had 30 fps and 18 fps in combat. The BIOS interface is really weird for me because it's not like on my PC. Can you please help me? I would really appreciate.

The specs:
Ryzen 5 4600H
GTX 1650
16GB RAM

If you've tried everything that you can think of, it's still not fixed, and the computer is still under warranty or the replacement period, I'd say it's less of a pain/hassle to send the unit back than to try to find other ways of fixing it.
So you say that it can't be repaired and I should return it?
