[SOLVED] GTX 1080 i7 7700k CSGO FPS drop

Hey guys,

I have the following specs.
Intel i7 7700k 4.6Ghz
Asus ROG Ryou 240 Liquid Cooler
Gskill Trident Z RGB 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz
Asus ROG Strix Z270E with Wifi and Bluetooth
Asus ROG Strix XG27VQ 27" 144Hz Curved monitor
Was running CSGO at avg 300-350 FPS at 1080p everything ultra except Global shadow quality at medium and texture filtering at trilinear and fxaa at 2x.

Suddenly since 8th Sept, FPS never cross 230 and fluctuates in range 130-200FPS along with shutters.
Even if I reduce everything to low at 1080p still same FPS.
Everything seems to be running fine.

I have tried everything possible to solve it,
reinstalling steam and Csgo, reinstalling same Nvidia driver and older driver, use launch options.

Please help me with this.

Ok, so we need the following:

Make, model and age of PSU
Temperature readings of CPU and GPU while idle and while gaming.

Please respond when you have this info.

On top of temps, have there been any windows updates, system driver updates, or game updates. Any one of those could cause issues in games.
