Question Gtx 1660super (ex mining) VS gtx 1060 (ex gaming)

So i want to upgrade my graphic cards into Gtx 1660super ($110) the card is used for mining before, and in the other hand i can get gtx 1060 6g($90), do you think it worth to buy the used mining gpu ?, i see the review from other buyers and they said it works fine on their system.

Biostar a320mh
Ryzen 5 2600
Msi oc Gt 1030 2gb
16Gb Klevv xr 3600mhz

How old is the PSU in your build? Assuming you're located in the USA(since you haven't specified where you're located, your preferred site for purchase apart from the budget and what I'm assuming to be USD as your currency), your best bet would be to get an RX6600 brand new;

i build this pc around 2021, so the psu should be 3 years now, also do you think my psu can handle rx6600 ?, and do the cpu will get bottleneck by gpu ? since it only ryzen 5 2600, also im located in indonesia and the rx 6600 price around 200-220$ on the market
