Gtx 560 vs Gtx 460

Hellow guyz...

I need 2 know if there will be a major difference in the performance of the following cards...

Sparkle calibre Gtx 460
Sparkle Gtx 560 (Not Ti)

Plz do not tell me to buy any alternate cards...All advice (reguarding only the question) will b much appreciated.

P.S...I do not plan on o'cing either card...

I just went on Newegg and the two cards are the same price so in that case the only choice would be the 560 , it would be foolish to get a lesser clocked card. The Ti model is only $30 more just in case you were interested.
