Question H100i extreme hot under Load i7 4790k

Hey guys,

i have an i7 4790k Stock Settings(no OC) cooled by an Corsair H100i
The Temps on Idle are somewhere between 30- 35 °C.
On 100% Load (Cinebench or some CPU Heavy Games) it will instantly start going to 100C and Throttles the CPU.

Ive testet the Pump, its Working, i can feel the Vibrations on the Pump and the Tubes.
Corsair Link 2 says Pump on 2300 rpm. Temps on the Water Block on load are 50C.

Thermal Paste is Arctic MX2. I reaplied it last Month.
Mounting is correct, and the Pressure to the CPU seems to be right.

What can it be? Too much Paste? Software Error? Wrong mounting or something else?

I do not know if this will help or not but if you open corsair link and double click on the pump icon and change it to performance should get a lot better temps
