Have a PNY g4 ti4400 and receipt? -- PLEASE READ

Help! I lost my receipt for my lifetime warrantied PNY Technologies Inc. Geforce 4 ti4400 AGP card, and they to honor their lifetime warranty without it(as if that makes sense).

I will give $10 to acquire a receipt for this card. It is a purple card with model # GF4ti4400AGP written on the small white sticker on the back. Additionally, it says Nvidia corporation model: 8871 under the FCC and CE label on the back of the card.
