I've been trying to get this rig to work for weeks now brand new out of box parts. I have debug lights on solid for both CPU and DRAM.

I've double checked my PSU connections pushed all the RAM tried them in all slots. I've returned the motherboard and CPU with new ones with no luck. I've flashed the bios to a couple different versions. Ive check everything is compatible with my motherboard. At this point I'm waiting on a PSU to see if somehow the CPU isn't getting power.

My GPU isn't here it's on backorder but I've tried getting video from other GPU's with no luck but integrated should work too

Anyone else having issues with this and has suggestions or knowledge?

Did you use only the cables that came with the PSU?

Do you have the motherboard's User Guide/Manual?

Review and reread the entire document paying close attention to all fine print, warnings, notes, etc..

(For example: some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in specific slot. Typically DIMM_A2. Easily overlooked - and not always readily apparent.)

Go online when noted for more up-to-date information.

Do the same for all other installed components - read, review, double check everything.

Speaker: If necessary connect a small speaker and listen for any beep codes.

Hopefully just some error of omission or commission.

Details matter.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You have a low end PSU. That case you have was deemed as a hotbox by practically all reviewers. Have you placed the rams in slots A2 and B2? Since your processor came with a stock cooler, have you tried working with that while the innards are breadboarded? You should also be able to work without a discrete GPU since your processor has an iGPU.

So I finally got it to post bios after after reading this post and specifically do these steps https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI_Gaming...osing_my_mind_with_this_b650mp_and_need_help/

1 stick of ram in DimmA2
Clear cmos after it loads bios and you will get video

I had tried these previously but with the older motherboard and cpu so I likely had a bad cpu and or motherboard before

Thanks for the advice! hopefully this post can help someone else out.
