Question Headphone sound keeps turning on and off

When i am on my computer my left ear keeps getting turned on and off.
The audio from my left ear would suddenly stop playing, so i could only hear from my left ear.

This just started happening today.

OS:Windows 7

Audio: Koniycoi Stereo hheadphones KT-2100MV

There's a number of possible causes that can be ruled out by the process of elimination.
The wires on the headset could be damaged..try the headset on another device/computer and see if that's still an issue.
The soundport on the PC could be faulty..try another known working headset on your computer.
