Question Hello, I have my 4060 loaded in cs2 for only 50-60 percent, I know that I have quite weak CPUs (2x intel xeon 2680v4 2.4 ghz up to 3 ghz)

There is nothing to "fix".

In general, the CPU gives the framerate, the GPU gives the eyecandy.

Your GPU is just loafing, waiting on the CPU to give it the next frame.
