[SOLVED] Help! Dead power supply!

Antec VP500PC
No UPS 🙁

• Was using the computer normally.
• Sudden blackout!
• Hadn't turn off the switches.
• The electricity comes back and I hear some sort of spark.
• The PC wouldn't boot up, not response at all!

I narrowed it down to the PSU, I could see some burnt inductor from the PSU's meshed back.
Disassembled the PSU, I was right.
Please help me find the rating of this toroid inductor.
(The core had white paint before it burnt.)

From the picture, it looks like a pretty crappy single-layer PCB PSU. Not worth fixing in the first place.

Also, if the toroid coil actually burnt up that bad, I'm sure there's other damage inside the PSU as well.

time for a new psu dont even try a repair does not worth it .

That thing lasted me for 5 years, I can't give up on it just like that.( actually I can't afford to buy a new PSU anytime soon)
I'd at least like to give it a try.
I'll be ready with sand in a bucket if anything goes wrong.
I live in India, I have to pay extra premium in order to get any thing half as decent, I had brought it for around $40 five years ago. Its still going for $40 five years later.
