Question Help for buying 2nd Monitor

Hello there guys! I would like your opinion on what should I get as my 2nd monitor. Currently I have the ASUS VG278Q with 144hz refresh rate. Basically, the main reason of buying a 2nd monitor would be streaming for me. Instead of spending tho 250$ for a simple monitor to do my work, I could spent around 450$ for a better one. I'm also planing of upgrading my GPU into the RTX 2080. Should I go for a 144hz 2K Monitor or 4K 60hz one since the RTX 2080 can almost run every game at 60fps on both resolutions? Thanks!

Personally FPS is worth more than resolution in my opinion so I'd with the 144hz rather then the 60hz if you don't believe me watch this video by Linus tech tips
