It worked very well since I bought it.
The drivers are installed, but I changed the mobo, now since I changed the mobo, I can't find the GPU in the device manager.
  • GPU fans' runs in the slot
  • GPU works on other systems
  • GPU works on other systems with the same PSU from my PC
  • If I deleted the drivers will it work?
  • Or it is a slot issue?

Can you provide us the full system specifications and the PSU Brand and tell us what was the MOBO you've used before and after as well. without these information it's hard to give answer with limited information.

Cheers!

Your mobo might be dead on arrival (DOA). You said "When I turn the PC on nothing displays, Just a black screen". This is a common DOA motherboard symptom. I would check the motherboard first. Driver clashes are, in my experience, will at least let you get through the BIOS.

May I know what your current (and your old) GPU are? Are you changing both the GPU and the motherboard or only changing the motherboard?

the damn old GTX 460, works on another platforms but not mine (even by using the same PSU I have), I already had the motherboard, the H61 but it burnt due to electric shock, but parts didn't. I bought another one, and everything is okay.
Now another damn problem occurred out of the blue, I disabled onboard Graphics and can't see or do anything, I'm stuck. Tried to reset BIOS but didn't work. I'm literally panicking, I'll destroy this piece of garbage card.

Resetting BIOS didn't work? Weird. Disabling onboard graphics is absolutely fine. It shouldn't cause any issues. Even if it is, a CMOS reset should do fine (be sure to make sure, though). I've never encountered this issue before. I would file an RMA saying that the motherboard won't POST if I were you.

The low tier PSU I put caused a faulty that mobo couldn't detect RAM, unfortunately it wasn't a graphics card issue. So I took the PC to a specialist and they fixed it. I swear from now on I will never ever hesitate on a PSU. Damn it was a hell of an experience.

Wow, you must have gone through some nasty experience. I never thought that anyone would use a crappy PSU nowadays. I was 99.99% sure it was the motherboard that broke, but didn't really see the possibility of it caused by the PSU. Nice that it has been fixed, though. Stay safe. PSU is not something you should toy with.

You're not wrong the mobo didn't recognize RAM after putting the dGPU and disabling the onboard GPU (I don't know why exactly, if you can help me I'd be very very thankful) so the PC never turned on until I gave it to the specialist, and he told me that the PSU caused the mobo to conflict, although the PSU is fine it's not that crappy it's from a low tear company "Huntkey", I tried it and it worked flawlessly.
The PSU belongs to my friend who bought a newer one and I thought It's ok to try it for the sake of using a dGPU.
Some told me that I should've pulled out one RAM stick before doing inserting the GPU.
I don't know, but I'm talking to you because you seem like one of the few people on this site that you want and you can help.
