My right arrow key when pressed acts like if I pressed it and the windows key too.

Earlier today, I was playing a game like always and I needed to press the right arrow, when I did this suddenly the window moved as if I clicked Windows key + Right arrow key, I also realized this because my keyboard lights up from the key that you pressed and when I press the right arrow, light comes out of both the right arrow and the windows key, I haven't been able to fix this all day

It's A Razer keyboard, the Cynosa Chroma to be exact.
It does have a software which is Razer Synapse 3, I checked on the app to see just in case if this was the case, and there was no success, since the keys were all default.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

It will also disable synapse but you can soon re enable it again.
