* Check the volume Mute/Unmute.
* Check the volume on the speaker volume knob it's ON.
* Check if the speakers are connected to the correct port (Green Pin to Green Port)(use DTT).
* Please connect the speakers to the front audio port the one that has a HEADPHONE SIGN.
* Check if the speakers power led is on.
* Check the drivers in device manager.
* Update the Audio Driver and the BIOS.
* Ask if the issue occurs in a specific application.
* Try any other speakers or headphones.
