[SOLVED] Help with overclocking my i5 7600 CPU to 4.0 GHz

Hello there. Can someone help me with overclocking my CPU to 4.0 GHz its at stock. Anyone with good profiles?
I am using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. These are defaults for me: http://prntscr.com/oxux4n

What should I changed and to what?

An I5 7600 cannot be overclocked.
Let it turbo on its own.

I would like to overclock my GPU if its possible. I have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Turbo is already enabled by that screenshot.

You need an unlocked, -K series CPU to overclock. That CPU will boost up to ~4GHz on its own anyway.

Which Intel cpu would you recommend that is not expensive but really good still to play games like PUBG, COD:BO4, arma 3 and similar games on high-ultra settings

RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator 16 GB (2x8) 3000MHz
PSU: Cooler Master 700W

What issues are you having? High cpu usage and stutter? Low fps and underutilized gpu?

Where can I see that it is boosting up to 4ghz on its own

Look in task manager after loading it with a stress test.

Nope. It goes max to 3.4GHz and it says on box of cpu 3.5Ghz which is not

Unless you have an RTX card, you wont see good performance.

Clears any misconfigured bios settings that would cause your CPU not to turbo.

Since you are using a newer lga 1151 motherboard, try the jumper meathod first.

I would also use something like hwinfo64 or CPU-Z to look at clock speeds, probably more reliable than task manager. Note that it will only go to max frequency under load. If you're limited by your GPU in games your CPU may not boost. Can look at max GPU and CPU usage while gaming to check (look at max usage on any single CPU core, not overall).
