How have you figured "a lot of bottleneck" ?

Simply due to having to use the GT630?
There is nothing you can do except turn down the graphics settings, and suffer through it, until the replacement comes.

well i got the awnser very soon thanks , but man i did play with some crappy Gpu's like gt740M i know the pain . but i wanted to know if there is a way to make the performance better . and this is my rig right now :

1080p Wide Screen
Ryzen 7 5800x
Asus Tuf X570
32G 3600mhz ram Corsair
GT630 i think its gigabyte
850w PSU Green

And For Example I Opened Up Stormworks and the CPU was at 10 - 20% and GPU was 87% - 100% | at 1024x768 with lowest settings possible

nothing you can do also psu green is actually quite worrying since that tells us nothing and might be the reason your 3080 ti killed itself.
