Specs;
MB: Gigabyte Aorus b450 M (Bios Version F50)
Proc: Ryzen 7 2700X
dRAM: Trident Z RGB 3200MHz 16GB (2x8)
GPU: Asus Dual Series Gtx 1070 8GB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

To start off, yes, i checked the site, and this is the latest bios version available. I just received my new motherboard the other day, and am using all the the same drives and compenents from my previous 'build' (i5-4460). Upon windows install from USB flash Drive, it wouldnt let me format the drive, and showed two drives despite only having one connected via sata, and the other only being the USB drive with the OS installer. Had to delete both drives, before it would let me choose "NEW" during the install. I got windows installed. I only added that for context, so maybe it was a bad install of windows that is causing my problems.

NOW as for the problems, grab your adderol, there's a bunch. To start off, the bios as listed is the newest available, however its almost always sluggish going into the BIOS and/or crashes outright. Second, the computer will freeze or just sit there on the post-up logo (the Aorus eagle logo in my case), and its not a looping boot, just sits there. Thirdly, even if i do get into BIOS without the crashing etc, i can only change my XMP profile (which doesnt work correctly, more later to come), and i can change the timing settings to manual, but i cant change the timings as they are stuck on manual. Cpu voltage, ram voltage, clock speeds, etc. everything is stuck on auto and wont even prompt me a drop down list to change. Lastly, as stated previously, the XMP (and i know this one is a Ryzen classic) doesnt work correctly, and i can only get 2133 from my RAM which i would consider a non-issue and brush it off if not for the fact that i cannot change any settings manually. And yes, i disabled XMP before trying, im not a god, but i 98% know what im doing. I literally cannot change anything in BIOS besides BOOT order, legacy settings etc, XMP on/off.

P.s. Forgot to mention i swapped ram slots, and it dislpayed the XMP profile as 3200MHz with proper timings, but still CPU-Z says 2133MHz and Ryzen Master says 1600Mhz (but ill be honest, i dont know anything about ryzen master, and no i cant change setttings there either)
Thanks in advance if anyone has any idea what it could be!

ALSO if it is a faulty mobo, does anyone know a way to contact Gigabyte US right now? they are closed even during the OP hours, ive tried calling, and have submitted a support ticket in the event i need to RMA, or if they knew something i didnt.
