I've had some issues with Acer Purified Voice Console, and frankly I've had enough. I wanted to listen to some music while talking to some friends, and listening to music while talking to friends, or at least use or play any game that utilizes microphones causes the audio to be drowned, thanks to it's AI noise cancellation, which I find to be one of the most useless things I have ever had.
I opened up Acer Purified Voice Console only to find that the UI doesn't even load. So, I immediately went to uninstall it. And it was working, but after a few weeks, the AI noise cancellation came back, but the Purified Voice Console software was not even there, which I find impossible. So I tried reinstalling it, same ordeal; UI not working. So I get rid of it. Still no luck.
My laptop is an Acer Aspire 3 (A315-43), runs on Windows 11, has 24 GBs of RAM, and runs on AMD Ryzen 5 5500U w/ Radeon Graphics.
