I want to buy a new ryzen , one between Ryzen 5 1600-3600 , I have a gtx 1650 but in future I want to buy a GTX 1660 Ti or a RTX 2060 or 2070. How hard a 3600 bottlenecks a 1650? Is it worth? or at least is a Ryzen that can suport this upgrade or should I buy both at the same time?A new GPU and CPU?

Solution
Unless you're pairing a high-end graphics card (RTX 2080Ti) with a low-end processor (Athlon 200GE), bottlenecks more hype than harm. You've got two mid-ranged components. I wouldn't worry about it.

It will not be that big of a bottleneck, if you dont care about editting and stuff like that you should be better of with a ryzen 3 3300X

So , if I take a R5 3600, should I buy a cooler too? or the stock one is ok? Can you recommend one if it is needed?

There shouldn't be any reason to purchase a third party cooler right off the bat. See how your system runs with the stock cooler installed and then adjust as necessary. I don't overclock, but I've been running my Ryzen 5 2600 on the stock cooler since day one. Zero issues. Temps typically in the low to mid 60°C.
