How to bring emachine computer out of sleep mode

Hi

I am trying to get my emachine to not go to sleep. I was reading your comments, and I'm not sure how to get
into the Bios.

Can you give me the instructions, or do I even have to go there at all?

It's not in the BIOS, it's in the Power Options in the Control Panel.
