What do you want to change it to and why do you need to change it. Also do you want to change the internal network IP address or the WAN (wide Area Network or Internet) Address that others may record when visiting a website for instance?

Please let me know and I will advise accordingly.

Your ISP controls your WAN address. Not much you can do there.
