How to disable LAN chip on this motherboard

Ok so I have this motherboard...

Yesterday it was storm here and lighting and after that my LAN stop working...
I saw that this chip is overheat... My LAN does not work and I disabled it in BIOS but this chip is hot (60-80 C) (140-176 F)

How can i turn off this chip OR what should I do???

You need to grab a separate PCI Ethernet card like this:

You will get internet and it's only $10.

I already have that card... But my chip on motherboard is overheat It is very hot.

Then don't use motherboard chip. Install the drivers for the external card and it should auto-switch over.
