How to find hostname worldwide by using ip address

Hi Guys,

I want to know IP address ,If I know hostname {OR} I need to know hostname,If I know IP address.

This should be working globally.

Please let me know command for this.Guys,Help me out.

You can always open a command prompt and type in

nslookup www.google.com

replacing google with whatebver site you want and get the IP address back.
