Hello, I have a 4K main monitor. Here are the specs:
MSI Optix MAG281URF 4K
144Hz Adaptive sync and G sync compatible.
My issue is when I use the monitor for a random period of time, it will just screen tear then go black. I have to shut off the monitor then turn it back on for the screen to return back to normal. Then the process repeats again.
I've enabled adaptive sync as well as Gsync. I've switched the ports on my GPU where the monitor is connected via display port. I've changed refresh rates. I've bought different display port cables. But nothing has solved the problem. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? Thank you for your time.
