Question How to oil a Lanshuo CPU cooler ?

And in any case, it's far more likely that the bearings become an issue, not the lubrication. And these are pretty cheap-looking fans.

Replace both.

Fan noises are almost always due to excessive wear on the bearings. Not lack of lube.

Just from the picture, looks like a standard 120mm fan. There are no shortage of options to replace those.

Measuring would confirm.

Seems to be this, so we're talking extremely cheap, almost certainly sleeve-bearing fans.

You expect these things to have relatively short lives. Replacing them is the only option that makes any sense.

You already did; one of the pictures clearly has you holding the fan removed from the heatsink.
