[SOLVED] How to turn off my pc completely after i shutdown?

Hello, so the other day i turn off my PC using physical button. Then the next day i using my PC as usual. But now after i shut down my computer, my monitor, keyboard, speaker, mouse is off. But the internal parts (GPU, RAM, FAN, Motherboard) still on and cannot be shut down. The only way i shut down internal parts is using physical button. Please help guys

Disable hibernation.
Your pc is not actually shutting down but going into hybrid sleep mode - for faster startup.

From elevated command prompt execute (regular command prompt will give error)

powercfg -h off​
