Question HP EliteBook 8460p --- big problem, need help

my laptop has no battery and it an i5 Version. I got a problem.

When i plug it to power using original cable without pressing power button it boots by itself but black screen and super high fan speed.

LEDs are working, the power, browser, wifi and sound but it just stuck like that nothing showing on screen

i tried:
change ram
removing cpu and bring him back
remove CD/DVD reader
Removing WIFI cables
nothing change
