[SOLVED] Hyperx asking amazon?

I asked hyperx to replace my alphas because they are faulty and jsut stopped working after 32 days. But it's out of amazon's window of return, they said that amazon has a 1 year return. Is that true or just a ploy to not replace them?

So it's 30-days max. (definitely not 1 year!)

After 30-days, if a fault develops it's between you and the manufacturer under the terms of their guarantee.

Amazon US is also 30 days. After that, it is direct to the manufacturer for warranty.

Go to Amazon's website and find your headset.

The go to the customer Q&A and search using the word "warranties".

You may need to push the matter and escalate if hyperx is balking.
