I recently picked up the HyperX Cloud Stinger on Christmas and its working great except for the microphone. I'm assuming its because my computer doesn't have the correct audio jacks as I've tried using the the default single connector and the splitter but I still can't get the microphone to work. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing the reason the mic doesn't work is because I need to use the splitter but I don't have the right 3.5mm mic jack (instead I have the two in one which doesn't fit with the splitter) and I need to buy an adapter for the computer to be able to plug both in? Any help is appreciated, sorry if I used the wrong terms I'm a complete noob when it comes to these type of things. I've already tried looking in playback devices to see if the mic isn't being detected and I enabled show disabled devices but it says there isn't a microphone or headset microphone plugged into the computer.
