Question I can't change the sample rate and bit depth of my headphones

My headphnoes are stuck in 16 bit 48000 Hz and i cant increase them...how can I make the setting not grayed out ??
my headphones are recognized as speakers ..dont ask me why

select your device and click Properties
click Advanced tab
now check if you can change the sample rate and bit depth

My device is in Playback not recording...as its not a microphone
Also i dont have the hardware acceleration setting
