Question I have a sporadic no display with my pc?

Xfx rx 5700xt thic iii ultra
16*2 ram asguard 3200mhz
Coolermaster 650w v2
Win 11 lastest update 23h2
Simple monitor


everything was alright and then i just turned on the pc and i have no display, tried everything components are good and have replaced the CMOS battery with a new one and the issue persist sometimes turned on normally and everything working good and sometimes won't boot just the case lights ,fans ,cpu fan and mouse light that worked

*Which* MWE 650 v2? It wasn't asked for superficial reasons. Cooler Master has four or five MWE v2 PSUs at 650W and they range from solid (the Gold-rated ones) to abysmal (the 80 Plus White that's 230V only).

Do you have access to a decent PSU that you could test with? Sometimes testing things is the quickest way to rule out a problematic part.

No i don't have any access

I must add that it's run normally if i remove totally the CMOS battery
