Someone post a bunch of Part Lists that are at the most under $600. My Sister is getting into Photo Editing just for the family and she's also making, "Meme Compilations", which basically is video editing and she needs a PC that has enough power to actually launch something like DaVinci or Adobe Premiere. Current she has this old Asus Laptop that can't even run Minecraft with stable 30 FPS, she told me before that she doesn't need something expensive, just something capable of doing the editing. Throw all the parts lists and then i'll discuss on which one is the best....

I put in a better PSU so that a dedicated GPU can better added into the build later on. The Vega 11 iGPU however is still quite good and performs as good as the GT 1030 which is plenty for Minecraft.
